Founder & CEO Story

Kristin Monroe is the founder and CEO of Executive Payroll and HR Services. Her background includes more than five years of experience in Human Resources Management and more than 10 years of experience managing payroll for highly matrixed organizations, including Capital Metro and the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.

Kristin is skilled at bringing structure to organizations while facilitating growth and is a trusted advisor for client-directed system changes, processing of on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, audits, reviews, benefits changes, onboarding, and terminations.

Before establishing Executive Payroll and HR, Kristin served as Payroll and Human Resources Manager for many Austin-based CPA firms.

When she isn't solving clients' payroll and HR needs, the Texas native enjoys streaming her favorite shows, adding to her shoe collection, and spending time with family.
